- Walgreens Drug Stores. Appraisal of new stores in Bridgeport, Torrington, West Hartford, Southbury and Newington for tax assessment appeals.
- Mountview Plaza, Naugatuck, Conn. A 252,000 square foot retail plaza with Stop & Shop as anchor tenant. This property was appraised for the Naugatuck Tax Assessor in conjunction wit a tax assessment appeal by the property owner.
- Lore's Plaza, New Milford, Conn. 53,000 square foot retail plaza and bowling center was appraised for the owner for purposes of a tax assessment appeal.
- Car Wash, Waterbury. Webster Bank hired the R. L. O'Neil Company to appraise the car wash for consideration in collateral adequacy in loan underwriting.
- 5,300 Square Foot Mixed Use. In Watertown, Conn. the Connecticut Dept. of Transportation acquired a small retail and apartmant property by eminent domain for a roadway and drainage improvement project. The R. L. O'Neil Company was hired by the property owner to appraise the property for an appeal of the damage award. A settlement was reached close to the value concluded by Mr. O'Neil.
- 26,000 Square Foot, Retail/Office. Located along the Wolcott Road commercial strip in Waterbury. Mr. O'Neil appraised this property for People's Bank in connection with their loan underwriting on the property.
- Southbury, Conn. Proposed 5,400 square foot multi-tenant retail and apartment building was appraised for Newtown Savings Bank for consideration in financing the project.
